Poster Guidelines and Measurements

Poster presenters should prepare their posters following these guidelines.

  1. Poster size:
    • All posters must be in portrait formatA1 size.
    • A1 size = (59.4 x 84.1 cm, which is 23.4 x 33.1 inches)
  2. Font size should be large to enable easy reading.Recommended minimum font size of 20 points.
  3. Posters should include the following details:
    1. The Conference Logo
    2. Title
    3. Authors name, affiliation, email address
    4. Graphics and text needed to convey the main message for the presentation.
    5. Posters must be converted to PDF before submission
  4. Poster Presentation formats: (1-hour poster viewing sessions) (Physical only).
  5. Please ensure that you print your poster and bring a hard copy with you to the conference.
